Lot size is about 1 acre average for most of the houses in my neighborhood. At least thats what I'm assuming, since everyones front yard is about the same size as mine.
Also they are building a new sub division. Houses are so close together, you could open your window and knock on your neighbors window if your ever out of toilet paper.
I hate screaming children.
