yeah that V shape thing...I just keep thinking of that one music video that came out like 10 years ago..with that black singer dude did a music video naked...it was gross.
Chest/shoulders/arms/abs are the main thing. The rest just comes with it for me =/ But I'll take the good with the "bad"
