my mom tried dieting for years and years and nothing ever worked for her, finally she started seeing a dietician and started a "lifestyle change", she stopped snacking on junk food, she started drinking water, she'd eat a set portion of food each meal, and she ended up losing ~30lbs.
Yup which ends up being pretty expensive lol. Yeah I try to eat a lot of protein rich foods. I also use Whey protein after work outs and stuff.
I make smoothies daily and frozen fruit plus flax plus fresh spinach leaves and carrots means that they go pretty fast and I wont have to worry about fruit spoiling. But I mean I can finish an entire thing of lettuce, I'm talking Romaine here... in 2 days max so I guess it depends on how much you're looking to eat too haha.
