Abyssea Lights And Boxes Question...

Hey Everyone..

I have been in many abyssean invites for the past 2-3 mos( well off and on, or w.e there has been a party, and i had my flag up, I went.)

Now I know that there is a link at wiki, I'm looking for exact personnal experiences or perhaps what I'm looking for is an exact know how on what lights I need to reach the following:

1.)To actually start out when you have your alliances..
2.)What colour or what Light is next, or what I'm looking to aim for.
3.)Obtaining the right lights to start aiming for the time extension boxes.
4.)What lights will I require to spawn the gold boxes to aquire the new Af3 boots.
and maybe and lastly #5. with Jobs, Sam, Blu, Thf & sam, what weapon skills will I need to do in order to help make either chests to appear more frequently.

I'm just looking for a more indepth info, b.c I'm actually thinking, I would rather much start my own partys. I can manage pretty well, when you get all the ppl, you make ur own list, of who wants what and so on.. that I can handle, and I can always annoint a Key ***...its just I'm looking for more answers that perhaps will be valuable to me as I pursue this endeavour.

All of the information you asked for is on wiki. Don't be lazy.

The only bit that might not be on there is the order of lights to go for, which is usually azure > pearl > amber.

Can u be sure its that order??? this is what i'm looking for is a little bit of constructive help, is all. I'm really interested in really having fun with this, but at the same time, get things done.

I gave you two pieces of advice.

1. Read wikipedia. All of the information is there.
2. I gave you advice on which order to do lights in.

So yeah, I'd say I'm being constructive.

But is there a thing that keeps count of your lights?
Or do people just do that manually when they see the text pop up on their screens? i.e "Jaguarx emits amber light" etc.

Azure first so you have atleast the chance of getting a TE, even if its low. Then pearl to increase your overall chest drop rate. Then maybe ruby if you want exp/cruor lights, or amber if you want gold chests for augmented ***and key items.

1: cap azure. either kill 3 ephemual murex or 7 tier 1 vnms. this allows you to start obtaining time extensions.

2: cap pearl. either kill 25 regular mobs or kill 7 tier 1 vnms. This gives you a 90% chest spawn rate on a kill.

3: once you think your time has extended enough. cap amber. do this by killing 3 ephemural murex or 7 tier 1 vnms with a magical WS e.g red lotus blade. this will allow HUGE gold chests to spawn for key items, AF3 feet does NOT require capped amber, since they drop in small gold chests and ive even seen af3 drop on very first chest i killed a mob on entry, (PURELY LUCK af3 is)

4: if your going for EXP.. depending on mob your killing. eg mandys in tahrongi since they dont give ruby light, your gonna need to pop ruby chests so that you obtain golden light to increase EXP cap.

A lowman group with correct atmas can stay in abyssea forever,

Once capped lights I have solod 18 hrs in attowha collected all af3 for every job there + all KI and gave away over 10 Af3 to strangers.

Key to sucess is get rid of the idiots who dont listen to what lights you need, give them the boot immediatly after giving them 1 warning.
