They dont level as quick as crafters, and thats what this thread is about, getting levels.

True, not as quick as crafters, but DoL is still faster than killing mobs.

Actually, I can cut a tree in about the same time as I do a craft. I get about 2000exp per tree along with ~400SP. (On a G4 tree, rank30 with 4 attempts per)

I might be inclined to say DoL can get PL faster than crafting, but you have to run node to node and there are only 3 DoL jobs to pick from (you get gathering fatigued after about ~2hours and can't really get anything at that point).

most of the time the real player is not using his character, that's just multiple people that take turns, there is a lot of players like that in ffxi as well, they used to get multiple jobs to 75 in weeks post chain of promathia expan

yea i think multiple people are taking turn to lvl a crafting character

At this early on in the game, i dont understand why anyone would want to parade that their lv50. It just shows you either dont go to school, dont have a job, or dont interact with your family at all. None of those are raelly brag-worthy. Maybe later but certainly not now.

Its probably the CE players hitting lv 50 and remember its Lv 50 not Rank 50. I only been playing a week and i'm Rank 14 mind you I work full time and have a girl so ...idk maybe its just good time management lol

Well Im CE, I work full time, and play about 6-7hrs daily grindcrafting till sleep lol. Currently lv3x. Now we know the present lv50s are all like 99% crafters. That means they play at least 10hrs minimum and more since the lvling curve becomes steeper.

yea im CE but i got game week after release sucks being in kuwait. and my ls has people all in top 10 in every group but not the top one. it's funny but i think people on wutai little bit behind since highest job is 40 gla on there right now
