Keep going until you cap Bonecraft lv8 then speak to Peshi Yohnts for rank up test. Then either purchase or acquire a Shell Ring and trade it to Peshi Yohnts. She will upgrade you to Bonecraft Recruit. Speak with a tarutaru Retto-Marutto guild NPC. Chicken Bones are now accessible to you.
