As with many synths that can be used in other synths, the NQ is now more valuable than the HQ because this is used in the very pricey B.E.W. Pitaru, and the HQ cannot be used as a substitute, and if you are high enough cooking to make BEW Pitaru, you're too high to make this without HQing (-HQ rings aside).
