You'll have better luck fishing for these with a minnow in Qufim than on the ferry where you'll have many different fish with a huge range in weight/value/skill levels biting the same bait.
In Qufim (northwest cliff) you can target these, bluetail (which are nearby in skill cap) and gigant squid - all of which sell very well/fast. Or you can hold on to the bluetail for bait purposes.
If you're not ready for gigant squid yet (which cap at 91 and will snap Halcyon), it's just a matter of cancelling all the !!!. ;)
If you're not ready to reel in bluetail yet, you can target these specifically with sliced cod in Qufim, but other things will bite this on the ferry as well. Again, cancel all the !!! if you're using Halcyon.
This is a very easy fish to land, even at low levels. Its not great for profit really in and of itself, but I regularly fish them up to use for Tentacle Sushi while skilling up and hooking a few bluetail to catch Bhefel Marlins' with while I'm at it.
A Minnow will target the following fish while on the ferry; Cone Calamary, Bluetail, Noble Lady, and Gugru Tuna. A halcyon is, as Delyla said, reccomended.
