good dagger if you are low on gil, the dex+ is always good with same delay as off garuda dagger. Great dagger for thf that is starting to get end game gear as a sub dagger.
Not worth getting. Magnet knife is much cheaper and more useful at this level. Better DPS and higher base damage. The only think more attractive about this are the stats but they do not make up for the terrible damage loss from using this instead of a Magnet Knife.
