Attack cap is your attack vs. the enemies defense. For 1 handers, attack cap is double the mob's defense. For 2 handers, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, it's 2.2x the mob's defense.

W/s seemed so inaccurate before the light belt/neck. But will test that set up when servers pop back up. With the P belt, Avant legs+1.
