As the title says. I've done research and I come up with 108 as the total, but my ls says its 112 is the highest you can get.

Can someone break down the highest Cooking skill you can get item by item?

If someone else wants to provide link to the +2 Torque, can't find it for the life of me.

Those require 102 for Tier2. Tier 3 is uncreachable.

Pretty sure that Fishing, Smithing and Alchemy are the only ones with a torque at the moment. I assume that other crafts will receive one at some point.

I know this is a bit of a late reply, but imo every skill raises chance up weather its 1% or .01% doesnt matter if your reach the so call next "teir" which is considered a flat % number. Then again maybe am crazy just like many crafter that also belive the way you face makes a diffrence and so forth.

"Crafting compass" page is linked on wiki if you wish to risk mats for higher tiers when viable.
No torque has been found yet so could exist, or maybe it just doesn't yet. Maybe it'll come in the future but remember that cooking currently has the highest cap of any craft so maybe SE won't bother with one (If they haven't already).
The current true cap is still out for debate as you'll see from everyone's entry.
Currently sat on:
Hocho(+3)
Culnarian's Apron(+1)
Culnarian's hat(+1
Advanced syth support(+3)
Culnarian's stall is rumoured to be +4 with Cordon Bleu set and Culnarian's Sign so if that's the case then cap's 112.
If anyone KNOWS different and has link with concrete proof, please post. Thankyou kindly :)

Other crafts have it like the stall gives only +2 skill, if u don't have the guild's furniture. Makes sense somehow, else u could just skip 200k+ GP

Yet if someone starts a new topic that already exists everyone gets sand in their vaseline, you can't win.

"mehhh just look there is already a thread for this....wah wah..<insert 'witty' picture>...wah"

...

I think that seeking clarification on this is fair enough, as I don't believe it is as simple as "stall +5" - there are caveats but I gave up trying to work it out.

I also still believe that the +51 tier one +31 tier 2 and +11 tier 3 is more complicated than just that. It is definitely a valid base, but some items HQ more than others despite that general rule. And the New Moon for HQ and Full Moon for skill up is garbage, although I'm sure moon phase and day does have an effect, just not that!

PS Changing direction does nothing, although I still do it if I'm having a bad run.

Do you have evidence that contradicts previously conclusive testing or are you ~believing~ things into existence?

Kind of. Just because no-one has ever jumped and not landed doesn't mean it won't happen. It's still just a theory. Think outside the box. Don't conform.

Technically you can go even higher if you get support, warp to adoulin with Ionis active and then craft. Not sure how much Ionis gives, however.

What does my relic weapon have to do with anything. Look at this cooking forum, when was the last post made in any of these threads. Shut your face, my post is relevant. I turned 12 stacks of Dragon Meat into 2.5 stacks of Red Curry+1 and about 4 stacks of NQ. HQ rate was pretty damned high as just about every other synth was an HQ of 8 RCB or 8 RCB+1. A low sample size to be sure. Also I thought the adoulin Ionis bonus was only for skillups.
