Actually, i have no luck with plates myself, so i sell the pouches. Why is it so bad to sell something for close to a mil, when otherwise all i'd have to sell is 3 or so plates for not even 250k. Let someone else take the risk of hopefully getting 19 of them. I sure arent doing that anymore. Guaranteed profit -> Risk. So what if i could potentially have gotten twice the amount of gil. I also could have gotten far far less.
