if someone can buy from Selbina and sell in Jeuno/whitegate, let them. Time is money. If the profit is only 3-4k per scroll, most people don't want to spend the time to run out to Selbina to get scrolls. Heck, we throw that much away on food and other stuff all the time.
Does anyone not realize the same person sells tons of these scrolls by buying them off the vendor in Selbina for 6k and selling them at profit in the AH?
