"DEED VOUCHER NPC" (Located in Home Nation): underlying issue will not let you store a 109 relic set from deed voucher reward Claims.
However once you have reforged the 109 relic armors to 119 from the Deed Voucher NPC claim slips, you will then be able to store the armor on slip 18 instead. and if that doesn't work then slip 27 certainly will accept the reforged 119+3 relic armor that you reforge from the Claim your reward section from the Deed Voucher NPC. Since As of 01/2021 this is an issue.
