More popularly known today as Tungsten! Dropped from the new Fomor NMs in the past; Buarainech, Elatha, Ethniu, Lugh, and Tethra.

Used in Synergy to upgrade the weapons(Rare/EX) dropped from the Fomor NMs:
Chipped Scimitar (Lugh) -> Concorida
Cracked Staff (Tethra) -> Majestas
Edgeless Knife (Ethniu) -> Machismo
Dull Claymore (Elatha) -> Galatyn
Blunt Lance (Buarainech) -> Sarissa

These base weapons plus:
1-2 pieces of Cobalt Ore
and
1-3 Wolfram Steel Ingots(EX)

All materials to upgrade weapons are dropped from These formor NMs. Cobalt Ore is the only material sellable on AH.

All synths require high level (Vetern) Smithing in addition to another Craft. (IE Staff also requires Woodworking)
