For those wondering how this piece compares to wearing a standard body and head piece:
The stat vomit, including the evasion, magic evasion, MDB, and haste are equivalent to wearing 119 mage oriented body and head (ie: WHM AF 119), and the defense/HP are even higher.

Nice for Idle/Refresh, 3MP/tick refresh, lots of defense and stat vomit. Makes this safer idle than Heka's.

killed it like 15 times , not a single cloak . all kills with th11/12

Highly recommended to have at least 2 parties with a whm per party for when it lands Filamented Hold (slows down whoever it's hitting at the time, resets hate, and shortly after uses Hundred Fists.) TH is a big help as the drop rate isn't so great on either the pop item or the cloak itself. Make sure everyone has Ionis too.
