The best cape to ever happen to SMN since Tiresias' Cape, wow, that's kinda sad.
Great for PUP's RNG and Mage frames, Pantin still worth keeping around.
Does BST even need R.Atk or MAB for pets? Might as well keep Pastoralist's Mantle.
