The Home Nation's NPC where you can exchange deed voucher's will reward you with a relic 109 armor set of your choosing. However there is an issue Since as of 01/21 where you will not be able to store any Relic 109 armor from the Deed Voucher Reward Claims onto any Storage Slip 17 until you reforge the armor that you chose as the reward which you can then store on the appropriated Porter Slip. With the exception of the Storage Slip 17 which warrants no response of any kind when interacting with porter moogle NPC.
