Drops from a floating "?" cube along the track.

Drop is random. Can be anything from the Pamama, to temp buffs, to a shell (1-3 shells. Green is common, Red is uncommon, Blue is really rare.)

DOES NOT WORK ON ENEMIES THAT ARE UNDER "STAR" STATUS.
