This is actually a pretty good piece for WAR/DRK. While it means giving up bloodrain, it will allow you to wear Kentarch+1 on your waist, giving you a net gain of 18 acc. You lose out on 2% TA and 1stp, but considering how important accuracy is these days, I think it's a good trade.

It's decent for DRK but pretty useless for DRG and RUN.

DRG/SAM can maintain 20% JA Haste so provided it can get at least 40-43% Magic Haste it only needs 17-20% Haste from equipment.

RUN hardly suffers for Accuracy but it is Attack starved, so Nepenthe+1 suits it better.
