The poison stats aren't additive, they replace the normal stats.

This staff is trash because the poison stats are not added to the base stats meaning that while poisoned INT will only be 20 and not 32. It's fairly easy to make a Keraunos with better stats than the poisoned Mindmelter or just go for an augmented Nibiru Staff if you can.

Also this staff doesn't use the Nirvana model so I don't know what these guys are smoking.
