The avatar level +2 will grant a varying amount of stats depending on your sachet, and whatever further changes SE decides to make. As of this date, it is currently +10 to all stats, and +2 to HP.
However, due to the fact it is raising your avatar's level by 2, it also raises a multitude of other stats, examples being 74 ATK, 57 ACC, 44 DEF, and 44 EVA. There is more beyond this, such as MACC gains, MEVA gains, etc, that cannot be directly measured.
