	If I have the formula right, base tp return is 146, which means if you WS in 27 stp, you'd have to TP in 38 for 5 hit. However you choose to gear, this is a lot better than trying to scrape together 52 stp for your tp set like we used to have to for a 492 delay pre tp update. 2014-08-20 10:24:55
