(#1) DMG+12, Attack+7, "Charm" +3
(#2) DMG+12, "Charm" +1, Crit.Hit Rate +1
(#3) DMG+14, Attack+10, Weapon Skill:DMG+5%
(#4) DMG+12, Accuracy+9, Weapon Skill:Acc+3%.

You will get to compare subsequent (proposed) augments to your current augments before accepting the proposed augments.

So accept the first augment and all subsequent BETTER augments.
