For those who don't know... The augments are based on what stone you use, not entirely the weapon. (Though SE did say some weapons vary).

Basically it falls down like this, "Snows" offer the basic boosts, acc, attack, evasion, defense... etc. "Leaf" offer the unique bonuses, PDT, Double Attack, Crit rate, etc. then they fall into 4 categories for each.

Slits = DD Augments
Tips = Ranged Augments
Dims = Mage Augments
Orbs = Pet Augments.
