Assumed hand-to-hand skill of 440 and 331 (280+51) delay, with at least two attacks per round guaranteed.
60/331*(3+floor(440*.11)+42) = ~16.85 per fist, or ~33.71 DPS total.

I would not put too much stock in DPS numbers, however, as they do not tell the whole story.
