This spear seems good in comparison with AH spears, but in comparison with others it doesn't seem special. I dont see it beating OAT/Relic/Mythic. That lower delay really is a killer~.

I should hope the Add effect is 100% proc with a long duration.

I know this post is way late but wanted to confirm that the stun effect is 100% and very potent, added with the potency of violent flourish with magic accuracy on most weapons can make drg a stunning machine. Haven't played my drg since this thing became obsolete dmg wise. Hope SE decide 2 allow upgrades of voidwatch weapons at some point or at least give new voidwatch with ilvl 119 versions.
