	BST can also cap haste w/out this. I prefer killer shortbow w/ gausape +2.. but its a decent option if you want to cap w/out using feet slot and you haven't gotten dusk gloves +1 2011-05-26 05:00:29

	Yah, This isn't great for THF, We have Raider's Boomerang. Which is 3 Acc, and 3 Dual Wield, and no attack lost :) 2011-05-09 20:34:47

	This is potentially nice for DNC. With 4/5 Empyrean +2 and Ocelot Gloves, as well as Twilight Belt, DNC remains at 25% Haste. The attack loss isn't too major, however hitting the true haste cap is. The downside is we lose the critical hit damage from Charis/Qirniz. 2011-06-12 14:34:33
