Dhampyr are the human vampire hybrids through crossbreeding. Base is too low, better swords out there,etc.

I tried this on Pld @99, Went to Garlaige Citadel. Found Serket and was getting 120-219 back though 219 was only once. I have a SS of it

Seems to have a 5% proc rate on the HP drain and I went outside town. Was missing 150 HP and it only drained 120 HP.

My favorite offhand weapon for blu, commonly drains for 150-250 hp. I'd say the 5% proc rate is about accurate.

The level of your enemy seems to be largely irrelevant in determining the drain potency, so its good for more than just trashmobs.

Given the amount of double/triple attack from gear and spellset traits available to blu, you'll see it proc often.

Dhampyr VS. Shikargar: 53 base vs 61... 233 delay vs 230... if the drained HP isn't magically pulled from thin air like the Samba's are, its ok, otherwise pfft.
