Dibble, if you knew anything, you'd know that testing was done showing Blizzard 4 even had a dInt of about 800, unreachable without a brew.

Implying you can cap dINT on high tier spells at all short of brew. It's good, get one. Helix spells inside Abyssea can use Wise Strap if you really care and actually have space for the miniscule improvement.
