free easy-ish to get axe for an up and coming BST. As squishytaru said, doesn't beat any of the magian axes, but the acc&atk+10 would be nice for someone skilling up a bst he just got to 99. Also good when you are running around more than killing (dynamis TE's)... but why waste an inventory space for only that?!
