Please tell me if i'm wrong but actually, it's just a way to cap Stoneskin before matching 75 & Kirin's pole, am I ?

@edit nvm, you can stack +7MND with muse tariqah --> +17 MND for rdm&whm. It looks pretty sexy, but i wonder if waste 5M is better than cap your MND with cheaper gear on the other slot equipement.
