Drops off Sekhmet in J-9 of Attohwa Chasm, has a terrible drop rate, I went 1/25. Spawns every 1.5/2 hours, easily solo'd as any 75 job. Uses small enfeebles like Diaga II, Dia II, Blind, Sleep, Sleep II and Gravity. No big threat, solo'd as 75 THF practically nude. And you honestly can't beat Enfeebling Magic+2 at that level, I'm sure even 75's can make great use of it over Errant or Jet Seraweels.
