An upgrade from the Philomath Stole for RDMs and SCHs (which didn't even get stole). Prudence Torque is still 1 INT higher, but BLM and DRK tend to get those first.

For those who don't know (not an insult some people don't know!) This will be the best Nuking piece for SCH or RDM until you can get Prudence Torque!

is it a BIG upgrade? Depends on what you consider Big, RDM Could probably find good use in say, Elemental Torque, which will add much needed Accuracy to their Elemental Magic, or Augment a Philomath Stole (which can be reported with as high as +2M.A.B).

SCH doesn't have a lot of Trouble with Accuracy, so this is a nice large DMG Boost, and since they can't use Philomath this is even better looking.

Prudence Torque is out of some peoples reach, and frankly the JoP is a piece of crap and not many linkshells like killing it thanks to its all around annoyance. On top of that DRKs usually get dibs on that. Also Black Mages for a "Non-activated Ugga.Pendant" Nuke set.
