A very nice piece of leg gear for RDM and BLM. In fact, it's the only MAB piece of legs that they get besides the HQ.

It also doesn't seem too "hard" to get. The major ingred for crafting is gotten for 5000ichor from Einherjar, and although I'm not 100% sure on it, I'm pretty sure the Abj. drops from there, too.

Kill two birds with one stone? I think so.

(PS - The Magic Accuracy is also a sweet sweet plus, landing spells more efficiently. Emnity - is always a plus, too :) )

I do admit the HQ of these are great for nuking, if you dont have Morrigan's slops. But otherwise these are inferior to Mahatma slops, the damage and macc is at best equal, it's the extra -enmity on mahatma and the damage taken plus on these that make them lesser. http://kanican.livejournal.com/34049.html <-- this shows that INT is either 0.5 or 1 macc depending on mob, so the macc is the same, and it's widely regarded that 1 MaB = 2 INT in terms of raw damage.
