Do NOT TP or WS in this piece. In my personal opinion it is useless compared to other gear which is much easier to get in the game for Monk. (Walmart turban for TP/Haste, & O-hat/Hissho/Shura for Asuran).

If you want to do anything with this piece, give it to your Mannequin.

Tough choice between this and shura kabuto. Shura is a lot easier to get if you do sky. With h2h merits shura togi and legs acc shouldn't be a problem. Both very nice.
