Considering that the best mnd hands up to this were only 6mnd this pretty much kicks the ***out of those for mnd enfeebles, also pretty damn good for brd, I'd prolly still use af+1 hands over these if you have them though

Ive killed at least 20+ of these with my ls and not had one armor drop out of all the new fomor nms even with th4. very very bad drop rates

@ zonther: like findanniin said -> best enfeebling hands for rdm.
rdm cant use oracles, blm would stay with oracles cause of the lower skill
for rdm: morri only have the mag acc but not the mind,and u dont need mag att for enfeebles. u need enfeeble skill - mag acc and for slow para u need mnd aswell for procs,cause landing a spell isnt everything-u want to proc the effect ^^
