Best hand piece in the game for smn hands down (no pun intended ^^)!

single best relic armor upgrade for summoner, should be highly sought after.

used for:
elemental siphon
issuing any bloodpact
landing almost any bloodpact, leviathan physical pacts may be better with Evoker's Gages, if you can afford the arguably large accuracy hit.

update: the acc bonus was parsed on alla, the acc bonus is +14, and +skill is a 1 for 1 bonus over cap, so this piece is an absurd +26 accuracy.

Gundu is right, kinda.

Idle all around uses Nashira hands will be more effective for conserving MP, its definitely better to idle in those.

These hands are wonderful for all the reason Frod listed, Siphon, BP:Ward, BP:Rage, even if using Elemental Spirits as this will cut down the casting time for them by a good amount too.

That being said, 26 Accuracy is nothing to scoff off, if you're sporting Good enough gear (Matching day a bonus), with some refresh you can get free avatars without Nashira thanks to Favor (I know, I don't own nashira and i can achieve free avatars under certain situations), than you can afford to keep these on fulltime for the Accuracy bonus.

Its all complicated, but alas so is the SMN job =) these are wonderful hands.
