A bit pricey, but one of the best gear choices a melee can get at this level, not to mention for DRG particularly a top notch piece of equipment dispite the -vit. Getting this item when leveling at least 2/5 jobs will prove more then worth the cost.
I recommend getting together with a PLD, WHM, and RDM and doing Eye of the Tiger for these. It's a pretty rare drop but it's probably going to be the fastest, easiest way you're going to get them. (and I use the term fastest loosely)
