Great item a litlle bit worse than PCC, but 3 acc is not noticable. If you dont want to spend tons of hours camping NM or fighting BCNM (drop rate about 10%), you shoud just get yourself one of these.

One of the best Bang-for-the-buck gear in the game. Used to more expensive, now is much cheaper because it drops from certain Assault missions as a ??? item.
Just a reminder when purchasing this item over Chivalrous Chain; 2 more accuaracy will do more for your overall damage than 3 more Strength. As a recap, yes, this is the better option.
