A fairly unique shield, in that it gives HP at the cost of MP rather than the other way around. However, if you are a mage trying to maximize HP for sublimation while idle, or just to have a lot of HP, this is a nice shield. However, I'd not use the 32000 Windy Conquest Points to buy it, but for 40k it's a nice addition
