	Decent for use with WAR dual wield setup at least until you can farm/buy a patentia sash. Should be able to easily cap haste without belt slot. Combine this with suppanomimi or the DW combo earrings from SoA content. Swing fast, hit hard, Ruinator your enemies. 2014-03-21 01:09:15

	great piece to add with a dancer who has auric dagger, charis necklace, and suppanomimi for rough guesstimate of delay -20. still swift belt may be as good but the collective subtle blow + enhance dual wield would be very nice for damage over time with less return damage. 2010-08-06 21:21:26

	Not a bad mix piece, but unless you're using Zelus Tiara, it's actually not possible to cap Haste without a Haste belt, at least for THF or DNC. The neck slot is more forgiving (say for Charis) because it's only a sacrifice of 1%. 2010-12-18 12:25:30
