This is selling for less than thunder pearl or should because it's being spammed and alot going onto market. Thunder pearl is rather expensive to make even if you can find the goldsmith and synergist
Latent effect is activated by having 3 or more members in your party and in the same area, starting at and increasing by Evasion+1 for each party member after the third (3 people is +1, 4 people is +2, 5 people is +3, 6 is +4). Alliance members don't contribute towards this. I'd assume Flock Ring works the same.
