Actually, this is a decent Head Butt ring. You don't get too many Magic Accuracy options for the ring slot (Balrahn, Insect), and obviously no Haste or Fast Cast options, so this is your next best bet. Not sure it's worth -1 Inventory for that niche purpose though.
