Looks like the best TP neck for WAR if you don't need the accuracy from peacock charm or ancient torque.

Double attack is still an amazing stat even with it's reverse scaling nature.

Pearl's comment is old but its funny how right it is.

Ravagar's Gorget is one of the best TP pieces for WAR these days, Accuracy is very rarely an Issue, Inside or Out of abyssea, and there really is no better option for neck armors that would trump 2% Double Attack.

Cause, in abyssea...

Razed Ruins near-caps your dDEX
VV caps/near caps your fSTR

Berserk or Stalwarts Tonic + Cruor buffs/VV/Atmas Etc etc Cap or near cap your Attack on just about everything.

Accuracy won't be an issue unless you're skilled are horribly undercapped or you're fighting the 5 mobs in Abyssea who have like 999 EVA.

Anywho, About the drop. Its Low without Blue proc, But if you proc Blue you'll likely go 1/2 or 1/1 with a THF, like <<Most>> blue drops.
