	Another peice made by SE to make manteel users more angry. You can already hit 50% spell casting using augmented knives and yigit, with this depending on the stats, you might not even need to get so lucky on the augments anymore. Either way, a pretty good peice for BRD, and for BLM's stun recasts. Hopefully the fast cast is actually a resonable amount, and not something stupid like 1% and incredibly hard to get.
