These are a great foot piece for soloing, aside from having 10eva and 10agi, plus Zanshin... the 10agi also helps your parry proc. Team these up with Seiryus Kote and a Boxer's Mantle and you have a hell of a start to a nice solo setup for melee.

Quint Spear (Used to Soboro) SAM/RNG probably gets the most out of these. Other than WS for RNG, I can't really think of any other viable use. Unless you're just absolutely starved for Evasion.
