If you have a 75, I'd suggest getting the cloak if you plan on leveling WHM up this high, Cure Potentcy +3% is a nice bonus when paired with your Light Staff.

(Keep in mind this is NOT a replacement for a vermy. Macro this in for cure spells and macro it out for vermy while idling for the refresh effect!)

Worth getting, considering how easy it is
(Casted utsusemi: Ni once on 75 THF and it lasted the whole fight until about 5% when it cast diaga II)
