Also why is Paito being rated down? Why would you want a piece that gives you MAB+8 some of the time if you have a piece that gives you MAB+8 all of the time?
This item trumps Uggy Pendant, Goetia Chain, and Saevus Pendant for BLM nuking. Out with the old, and in with the new. Wish I'd sold my Saevus Pendant before the December 2011 update. Price for Saevus Pendant crashed from 3M down to 300k almost overnight once this necklace was released.
