This item, plus Impatiens basically gives you a 1 in 20 chance of insta-casting something. On top of that, a synergy augmented Dalmatica can add even more. That goes even higher in Abyssea if you are using AoA.
As a healer, it can be infinitely invaluable in keeping you and your party alive. Also, there is the convenience factor of insta-casted spells not having a recast.
Already 4 up on sylph, less than 24 hrs after update, so can't be too difficult to obtain. Poor Jom trying to set the standard at 6M though... Good luck getting it.
